This shingle roof and the decking underneath were well past their lifespan when the customer called for a complete roof replacement in Southwest Miami-Dade. The customer decided on a Dimensional Shingle which we installed along with some needed roof decking repairs.
Here we re-roofed a flat roof terrace. The re-roofing included decking repairs for rotted wood.
This roofing project in Miami was a remodel and upgrade from flat tile roof to new barrel tile roof.
This tongue and groove roof had been damaged due to neglect and the moisture in the Miami air. The repair required removal of damaged roof slats and insulation. New insulation and tongue and groove slats were installed and varnished.
Select roof tiles had to be removed for this roof repair job in order to replace the flashing underneath which was the cause of the roof leak.
